Singer/Songwriter Luciana Vye’s combination of well-crafted songs along with her rich soulful sound infuse power to her signature vocals.
Born in Urtijëi, South Tyrol Italy to a rich musical tradition from her Brazilian mother and Italian father, Luciana Vye’ began singing at the age eight simulating the sounds of blues, r&b and pop icons such as: Anouk, Lauryn Hill, Joss Stone and Nikka Costa.
Constrained by the limited music resources offered by her home country, and excitedly curious to expand her musical horizon, Vye’ decided to move to the U.S. in 2011 where she met songwriter Anna Gossett Johnson and producer Keith Kelsaw (Kjae) along with other talented musicians.
Vye’s debut E.P. “Wonder Room” presents a unique view on life and love. The album catches its conceptual groove through a mix of styles. Her songs combine Vye’s expressive vocals while moving confidently from pop, r&b, and blues with spiraling harmonies, memorable hooks, and the pulsating vibes of EDM.
Evolving artistry and world-wide appeal with imaginative lyrics and creative melodies may just be the combination that sparks the destination to Vye’s musical success.
