Drumming since the 6th grade, well into my adult life...took a break to raise a family, kids are grown and im single again and looking to get with like minded folks to play classic rock to metal, even some R&B, im very diverse in my music, love all music even classical, studied music theory, and used to read and play off sheet music, started out in the marching band went to jazz drummer and stage band drumming to rock band in my adult life for a time...then took off to raise kids..im available anytime day/night. jcat66 com

Influences
my influences start with John "bonzo" Bonham, to me, he is the greatest rock/blues drummer ever, however, Ginger Baker from Cream was someone I admired as well as others. Im into Led Zepplin, Eagles, Boston, Stones, all the old classic rock bands and of course the big hair 80's bands, its what was hot in my day, I also like Avenge Seven Fold, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Collective Soul, Audio Slave, Soundgarden, and the list goes on...
EQUIPMENT
Ludwig Rockers, 8 piece kit with double kick and a set of roto toms in addition to the 8, all the brass one could want and all the hardware to go with it, have small 12 channel PA, 1400 watts, a couple mics and stands, 2 600 watt berhingers on stands and 2 horizon 12'' floor speakers...my drums are not mic'd but I do have 1 mic in my main kick...basically I have everything I need, and if I need something im not afraid to get it.i also have a great studio in my home, so practice space is no problem and my neighbor is very cool, as he is a musician too!!! lets jam!
