1. About me:
My name is Luis, I am a 26 year old guitar player currently staying in the Plymouth/Canton area (Metro Detroit, Michigan). I have been playing guitar for 13 years and am also a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers [ASCAP].
2. Project: Union-Street:
I am the founding member of a artisan community called Project: Union-Street,
Project: Union-Street is a group of musicians, artists, techs, publishers, and studio-engineers who have come together to form an artisan-community/In the future we hope to one day have artist-workshops, be-seminars, useful columns, and more but for now we are just getting started. We have a website up – once we name our community (Project: Union-Street is a temporary name)-> we will transplant the site to it’s own domain.Bear with us while we get things off the ground and things are under construction.Feel free to contribute photos/videos/sounds/etc to our group and website as well, if you please! We also encourage you to promote your bands/gigs here too : both in -group and/or in website!

3. Looking for band :
I am looking to form a new serious band with other like-minded mature, committed, friendly, creative-type individuals who are also looking to collaboratively write new music, do many paying gigs, recording sessions, etc - each week - in a serious/committed band situation.
Folks whom are interested :
* a reasonable level of experience and emotional maturity is definitly required.
* must have their own gear and transportation.
* must be comfortable using social media technology.
* folks who can't keep/couldn't be bothered with a commitment(s) need not apply.
* please, no drunks or folks using/hooked on hard drugs.
* should be willing to travel should the need arise (ie: touring).
