I am willing to tour

hey there everybody, my name is Luis Miguel Espino most call me Luis Miguel I am 25 years old (2015) and I am from Seminole, Texas. very small west texas town.
.. where shall i begin?... I am currently seeking for a band to join I prefer, something with a definite groove and back beat to it... almost any type of Rock, pop, funky, bluesy, country, latin-ish, types of genres :) I have been playing basically since i could move my hands and feet, drumming away on table tops, pots and pans, laundry baskets and finally i was maybe 6 when i actually sat behind my dads drum kit and started hacking away! my Dads side of the familia is full of musicians, he and his brothers started a band 33 years ago and are still going strong. with that being said...i was raised on norteno music, musica ranchera, mariachi, banda, etc... (yes i am 100% mexicano and proud) I immediately fell in love with music at an early age, branching off into salsa, merengue, bachata, etc.. all kinda of rock, and blue, funk, rnb and pop... folk, bluegrass, jazz... just pretty much everything that had rythym and melody. I always played drums/percussion, through grade school, jr high, high school. and through college.
At South Plains College in Levelland Texas, i studied, commercial music, audio engineering, live sound reinforcement, and a bit of video... I majored on the drum set but ventured off into a bit of keyboads/piano, guitar, and vocals. also majored in audio engineering where i learned how to run a studio session on Pro Tools, setting up mics, working with acoustics, mixing and mastering, and also as a musician recording...
I also learned a bit into live sound... running a stage, monitors, in ear and wedges, patching, etc... and front of house as well,
i also did a bit of camera work, and video work, running a switcher and directing...
of course in the music degree I took a few music business degree classes so i learned a bit about the business end of music, promoting, copyright, trademark, etc...
I am actually currently working part time for A concert production company. I am the Lighting Engineer... running a Road Hog 3... but i also of course sometimes run sound at Front of House or Monitor world... and a few times ran video...
So i definitely love music and all that it holds... i love being on the road and playing gigs, i have played for gigs with several thousand people in the audience. i do not get shy or nervous. i love the roar of the crowd it's so amazing!... well...idk how much of this actually helps you but... there's pretty much my Whole Story... have any questions feel free to message me :)
