I am a guitar and bass player looking for either a band to gig with or studio work.
I have been playing guitar for 6 years and bass for about 2. Most of my playing has been writing and recording my own music but I have also been playing in a church band for about a year where I have learned to read chord sheets and improve guitar solos on the fly.

Influences
Most of the influence for my guitar playing is from heavy metal bands such as Becoming The Archetype, Hope for the Dying, Opeth Cephalic Carnage ect. I also love playing blues and blues rock such as Joe Bonomassa and eric clapton.
As far as bass goes Ill play pretty much anything, from slap'n pop to heavy metal shredding. My favorite bass playing is smooth jazz stuff like what is found on Larry Carltons music but I also really like the bass done by Nick Schendzielos on Cephalic Carnage.
