ABOUT

Always looking for a fun project.

Looking for Drums, Bass and keys/multi-instrumentalist (for starters at least) to do some fun material in a sort of swing/jump vein. I'm thinking rick/blues-ish covers of Louis Jordan, Louie Prima, some Dan Hicks, Asleep at the Wheel, Commander Cody, Webb Wilder and whatever else that sounds like fun that audiences would enjoy. I've got a handful of tunes worked up that can work, and it'll be easy adding more once we gel on the feel. Ability to at least do backing vocals is important.

EQUIPMENT

Does it really matter? Pro stuph, no crap. Ok, some crap. I mainly use a strat and tele that I put together myself (I sold my American Fender and kept these), Gibson Les Paul, a couple of acoustic electrics, two outstanding tube amps, the usual array of effects. I suffer from acute G.A.S. (Gear Acquisition Syndrome), so the list is liable to change at any time.
