also available days...I am a fulltime musician looking for one or two people who can sing and play a guitar to form a small duo trio for more opportunity in small rooms and restaurants. I am also looking for a jazz combo that plays from real book that isn't super busy but plays like once or twice a month. Right now I am in a fulltime band situation (Changes In Latitudes) so I need to juggle things but I welcome any freelance opportunities or any kind. I love having fun playing music with focused musicians(not goofoffs or egos)
I started playing piano at age 4ish and took lessons for eight years then started saxophone at age eight.
I am selftaught on accordion, acoustic guitar, and some mandolin.
I mainly play Tenor, Alto, and Soprano saxophones and started playing professionally at age twelve and teaching at age 16. I was first chair Massachusetts All State and All New England bands, attended National Music Camp HSG '77),Interlochen,MI.
I am a graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy, MI.
I attended the University of Michigan for music
and graduated from The University of Massachusetts,Amherst(psych major with minors in music/Spanish/sociology).
My teachers were Lynn Klock, Grover Washington,Jr., Donald Sinta, and Frederick Hemke.
I have performed with many bands including The Hornets, AngelFire, Sweet Butter N Jam , The Patty Tuite Band, Kelly Company,Shaded Soul Band,Mass-Conn Fusion as well as many others.
Currently, I perform with Flamingo, The Dramatix Showband, and freelance with several other groups.
I have regularly made appearances at Foxwoods Resort with different bands
and have shared the stage with Jaimoe from The Allman Brothers Band, B.B. King, Peter Tork from The Monkees and played in several broadway musical pit orchestras.
I am a member of The First Company Governor’s Foot Guard Band (CT National Guard).
I have recorded with Jaimoe (The Allman Brothers Band) on Fifteen Minutes o' Fame Productions and have also been recorded on Big Noise, Red Bone Productions, The Basement, Capture Productions, and The Coffee House. I have recorded with 7 bands.

I am available for freelance/subbing gigs.I can easily play in a horn section and read parts or play solo and do solo work.
