Hi I'm Madison Steorts I live in Matthews, North Carolina. I've been playing guitar for 3 years now and am hoping to find a band. I am willing to play in all different kinds of bands ranging from acoustic to heavy metal. Not really into country, but I'd do it for a gig. I am self taught with no professional help or whatever. Influences
I love all music. I got interested in playing guitar actually from the game Rock Band. I really wanted to learn, so I sold my xbox 360 and bought a Fender Stratocaster w/ Brown Sunburst finish. I started to listen to bands like Iron Maiden, Metallica, Pantera, and Led Zeppelin. Then I got into some stuff like Jimi Hendrix kind of style. My favorite guitarist would have to be Jimi to be honest. I listen and play a lot of different music and I am self taught. No lessons, but people tell me I play good.
Equipment List
Fender Strat w/ Brown Sunburst finish (lost my damn whammy, but that can be replaced, haha). Ibanez GSA60. I have a Line 6 Spider IV 30 amplifier. And some picks :P I am saving up for a acoustic, but not sure when I'll have it.
