I'm primarily an electric bassist, with upright/double bass experience, and worked professionally full and part time from 1972 to 1994. My experience includes playing clubs, bars, lounges, musical playhouse theatres, colleges, parties, square dance halls, and the "Holiday Inn" circuits. Genres included pop and top 40 (now known as "classic rock"), southern rock, country and lounge/easy listening. Sing in the contralto/tenor range. Self-taught myself acoustic and rhythm guitar after "retirement," taking after Neil Young, CSNY, Ian Anderson, etc.

I also enjoy SpaceMusic, New Age, jazz, progressive rock, classical and folk, and have experimented playing and recording in these genres.

I re-entered the fray a while ago, and for the past year or so I'd been concurrently involved in two separate projects (a cover band and an originals band), which blew out the cobwebs and keeps me busy. The sound clips are from these two bands; the cover tunes are obvious, and the remainder are original tunes. The photos are from rehearsals with the cover band and gigs with the originals band at Sherlock's in Smithville, NJ and Johnny Brenda's in Philadelphia, PA.
