ABOUT

I have been playing drumkit & Guitar for 25 years; bass & keys about 13 years. I have played in all kinds of outfits, from alternative rock to power pop to world-beat to punk. The band I was in from '94-'99 was signed to an indie label out of LA (Empty Grave) for a brief period until the band broke up. I'm currently seeking fellow musicians who wish to form a progressive/ambient/psychedelic/space rock project (heavily influenced by bands like Porcupine Tree, OLD Pink Floyd, Fish-era Marillion, Gabriel-era Genesis, Rush, Gentle Giant, Yes, King Crimson, The Mars Volta, Mr. Bungle, Tool, Smashing Pumpkins, Lush, Soundgarden, Jane's Addiction, The Cure, etc. etc. - to name just a few). I can learn songs super-fast and like to maintain a sense of humor. I was told once by other band members as a 'human jukebox' due to the fact that I know 1000's of tunes off the radio. I relocated to NWA for the sole purpose of finding work in a band serious about playing, rehearsing, touring, etc., filling the niche of prog/space/ambient rock - spacey, but not overtly 'jam-band'; psychedelic, but not loose & aimless; electronic, but organic.
