I play guitar: electric and acoustic; I own a violin but cannot play it well, I can play bass but I do not own one. I play acoustic rock, alternative, folk, punk, funk, and other styles. I can basically play lead guitar to any style, but my lead style has been described as funk. I can also do rhythm guitar to some styles. I can do lead or backup vocals in a three octive range. my vioce is clean, clear and vivid, and I do not smoke. I am also a songwriter. I've been compared to Jewel, Sarah McLachlan, and Alanis Morrisette. I started with violin lessons at age 6, and continued those for 3 years. Took 5 years of piano lessons. I played bass in high school jazz band, and began playing guitar a year ago. I have a mediokre knowledge of music theory, but i am highly adaptable on most instroments, and i pick them up quickly. I plan on obtaining a bass soon because, lets face it, there are way to many freakin' guitarists out there.
