YO! I just moved up here. I want to jam out! I can play the hell out of some guitar, and I want to get a band going. I'm 100 percent dedicated, this is what I plan on doing for a living. I want to do a jam/psychedelic/groovy/funky/hard rockin band that primarily writes and regularly performs on acoustic instruments.
Now I have some factors that, IF they apply to you, don't even talk to me.
Mainly if you support the federal cannabis prohibition, or view weed as immoral, screw off. I've been in bands that hate grass, and its NOT fun to deal with their bitching. Every band i join, especially the one I start, I plan on sticking with til the end. I'm not gonna compromise my personality for it and I wouldn't expect you too either.
Second, don't smoke crack.
Third, I'd like you to be close to my age but its not too important.
Fourth, if you got a massive ego, it's not gonna work. Please be as open minded as I am.
Alice in Chains, Black Sabbath, Zepp, Zakk Wylde & BLS, Kyuss, Jimi, Satch, Tommy Emmanuel, Slash, Sublime, Himsa, Allman Bros, Earthless, Blood of the Sun, Spiritual Beggars, Sleep, Darkest Hour, All shall Perish, Stone Temple Pilots, Thrice(mostly the Vehissu stuff) Steve Miller, CCR, John Lee Hooker, SRV, Cream, Skynyrd, Pantera, Down, Orange Goblin, Om, Zac Brown blah blah blah, I like everything but these are my favs i can think of atm.
Washburn 6-string acoustic (one of the reasons I want an acoustically focused band is because I dont currently own an electric. Ill get a new one soon though.)
