About Mario:

Mario Ortiz was Born on 11/22/1969 and raised in New Mexico ...His Birth place.

Mario speaks several languages including:

English, Spanish, and Italian (He also sings in all of these languages)

Mario’s Musical Influences are and have been:

Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Dio, Van Halen, Motley Crue, The Scorpions, Stone Temple Pilots, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Velvet Revolver, as well as several others.

Mario is a very dedicated & disciplined, unencumbered and ready to go singer/artist; that lives a very healthy lifestyle... that includes good diet & eating habits, regular exercise and working out of his physical body (And this knowledge He can share with the members of STP to help contribute to the performance & longevity of the Band) ...and he has always lived a drug free life.

Mario is age appropriate, has the right “front man” look and stage presence, great stage performance ability & stamina, the right vocal abilities and song writing/collaborating skills to be a true long term asset/member; to help take the Stone Temple Pilots into a long, productive & secure next phase/future if STP so desires ...from now ‘till 2030 and beyond.

(There are also several other Ideas & Concepts that Mario can or will offer/contribute, that have the potential to be Very Lucrative & Profitable for STP if He is made a member.)
