I am enjoying being retired from the “day job” commitment, so time is my friend.

My current project is creating emotive music using extended range basses. Occasional solo performances and preparations for releasing new music continue.

Those listed in my influences are key to the Rock music I prefer to create from new in a band environment. Especially a power trio or the latter with a lead vocalist. I enjoy working with creative musicians/artists with similar length of performance and instrument experience. I practice and value musical and personality chemistry and improvisational skills by all contributors as a precursor to rewarding experiences in a group.

I will be playing a 40 minute solo set on the lobby stage Friday 11/24 for the annual Bizarre Bazaar event at 5PM in the Lawrence Arts Center, 940 New Hampshire Street, Lawrence, Kansas USA 66044. Original, emotive instrumental compositions played on an 8-string extended range bass guitar. This is a free, well attended event open to the public.

Solo instrumental extended range bass set at Art of Local event held at Springhill Suites by Marriott in downtown Lawrence, KS. Free to the public, local artists representing graphic, sculpture, jewelry crafting, photography, music will be present from 5PM to approximately 7:30 PM.

I play melodic, emotive original instrumental songs in an Americana-style. There are two music acts that may split the time.

This is an event where the artists are present to answer questions from the attendees.
