About

Started learning the guitar and bass at age 8 then started playing professionally at age 11 on the east coast. They had to bring me in the "back stage door" because I was under age to be in a bar. I have performed as an alternate in hundreds of bands from 11 to 18 years. Have played with lots of big names and locals that have toured with the best. I like to play "music" so that involves all kinds but I do have a strong opinion about offensive words or message songs" don't have any place but the trash. I am seeking a band or musicians that want to put on at least 6 big shows a year. I have hundreds of connections across the U.S.A.!

Influences

Doobies, Ted Nuggent, Eagles, Eric Clapton, James Taylor, Muddy Waters, Hee Haw (I played with some that were on that show.) My Dad,Roy Gage, ---there are tons of influences Ricky Skaggs, Scruggs, all kinds of Blue Grass, Country, Big Band - (Love BSO), like to play latin rythmns and anything that will get the crowd moving. The biggest reward is to see them dance and cant keep from moving cuz the music puts them in that mood.

I have a fair selection of equipment. I use Eden for bass, QSC RMX amps, JBL pa, like Fender, and have other equipment gathered thru the years.
