I prefer finger style, but I have had periods where I used a pick. Not adept at slapping. I have played metal, art rock, americana, but I prefer rock / alternative.
I am not a song writer per se, but I have a good ear for arrangement.
I took a hiatus for about 10 years where I mostly concentrated on being a dad, but I am single now with an empty nest.
I am self employed, so my schedule is pretty flexible and I could tour with a couple of months notice to wrap up current projects.
I am not into getting loaded at rehearsal or gigs and my hope is that anyone I am involved with would feel the same.
I am 6' tall, slim, and pretty young looking for my age, though I have a lot of grey hairs.
I look pretty good on stage and can do backing vocals.
First and foremost, anyone I work with has to have a good sense of humor and not take themselves too seriously.
