I write music on piano and guitar. I've been playing both for just about all my life. I also play bass drums and clarinet quite well. I've been writing rag time and jazz type music. It is melodic and strong enough to be played by itself, but I sing as well with crazy "Of Montreal" lyrics. I also write inspirational and sometimes down right narcissistic lyrics, but that is the way to be. I know what I've got and it is killer sh*t. This is definately for dedicated persons only. My songs are averaging around 5 min/ song and have multiple parts and I almost never repeat a lyric. I'm very into this sh*t. It has been difficult for me to find a good match because they either can't hang or those that can, have their own thing going. I kind of blame it on myself, because I'd like to hand out a demo and say get back to me instead of begging someone to come jam which never really turns into anything.
A little frustrating, but all in all its made me a better and well rounded musician. I'm currently recording my album and its taking some time, but I'm not too worried about it. I'm still young and I look even younger.
I think of myself as an entertainer all around. I'm very into acting and I'm sure that I can do it well, just from being in social situations. I'm looking for someone who is into themselves, and if you are, you won't take this in the wrong context. I'm looking for a rock star who knows what they're doing. I'm looking for the lion of the lamb.

Influences
quite frankly, I've become somewhat turned off by music and I only listen to jazz. I'm more interested in making my sound my sound instead of emulating someone elses, because it seems inevitable if you fill your head with other music. My head is completely filled with my own so I kind of prefer not to bother. Despite this reality, Led Zeppelin was my first love. Standard jimi and beatles. I like anything that takes some time to come up with; this is why I'm so attracted to jazz. Of Montreal is a very incredible band and I've come up with some definite Of Montreal Emulation.
