Meculpa formed here at Georgia Southern University. We've written several songs as well as covered bands as diverse as The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Metallica, and The John Mayer Trio; our overall sound rock, funk, and whatever sounds good. We've been jamming for a little over a month and were recently selected as one of three finalists in the first annual Ga. Southern Battle of the Bands at ArtFest. We're looking for someone who'se experienced as serious about picking up gigs here in Statesboro.

This is a rough cut of our first song; we recorded it an a little over an hour to send in to Battle of the Bands the next day (we got in). The tempo is a little slower than it stands now, but it gives you a good sense of our overall sound.
