ABOUT

I am a jazz guitarist, trained at Berklee in the 80's. I have taken lessons from guitarists who have played with Miles, George Shearing and Pat Metheny. I started as a pianist, and I still think pianistically. Complex harmony is my first love. I also like to play the blues. I had a regular gig at Tula's in Seattle, but haven't played out since moving to Reno a year ago. I am also a competitive rower (early morning practices) and CEO of a small biotech company, so my tolerance for mid week gigs till 1 A.M. is low.
