Initially I was classicaly trained and later I taught myself theory in jazz band in high school. I went to Berklee and played with Branford & Wynton Marsalis, Steve Vai, Victor Bailey, Lorn Leber, Donald Harrison. Toured with Connie Stevens, Marilyn McCoo, Sheena Easton w/Prince. Played on the Gary Shandling tv show. Started with classic rock like Deep Purple, Jeff Beck, Joe Walsh, Edgar Winter, Allman Brothers and moved on to Prog Rock like Yes, ELP and eventually Funk, R&B, Fusion, Jazz Rock and Jazz. I have played most every style and can sight read pretty much anything. Love to do studio work and add to other people's material. Have accompanied many singers (performed live at several Miss Virginia pageants) and saxophonists, and have done 100s of gigs playing left hand bass.
