About

I've been playing bass for 30+ years. I gigged professionally from 1984 to 1986 around the Southeast and beyond. I stopped gigging for a while, due to life getting in the way, but have been back at it for the past 6 years. I have all played styles ranging from Punk to Newgrass and most everything in between. I'm most at home with Classic rock, Country, and New Rock\Alternative styles, but I can throw down a Funk line or some Reggae dub when needed. I sing some, but I'm most definitely not your frontman, although I have the attitude of one.... LOL!
We have put together a High Energy New Country\Red Dirt\Southern Rock act named Dirt Road Communion...... male lead vocal, guitar, bass, drums, lap steel, banjo, mandolin, female vocal. We are looking for that special rhythm guitarist or keyboard player who can double on other instruments (like guitar, bass, banjo, mandolin, etc...). You do not have to be a virtuoso at the secondary instrument, just able to hold your own to help add different flavors to the music. We have gigs already booked, but are looking to expand the lineup. Must be a fast learner.
