UPDATE - I'm in need of a Rhythm Section for my new band " Mo Nelson " - bass and drums. I'm not looking for virtuosos or ego maniacs, just musicians that want to play good music and enjoy what being in a band is all about. Must be over 21. I have a rehearsal space in Greentree with rehearsal gear available - bass amp and drum kit. Vocal ability would be a plus!

I'm 38, fun / easy going, with tour and studio experience ( 20+ years ) and I'm looking for something serious, dedicated and moving forward. I have a day job, trans, gear, no dependants or dependencies and I'm a fast learner ( with a busy funky kind of style - but I also only play to what the song needs ). I'm interested in originals ( or maybe the right cover band ) in the country, pop, alt-rock, rock, acoustic, singer/songwriter, genres. No hard rock, metal, punk, 80's, tribute anything, tortured soul shoe-gazer artsy depressing noise or blues ( I love blues, but I'm not a true blues bassist ).

All I ask is that you have a serious professional approach to your music, an established act and want to do more than play the local dive bar once a month. Music is a career for me and I want to be around others with the same mindset.

Will commute a reasonable distance for rehearsal.

I'm also available for hired musician work.
