guitarist with fx( age 33 or older ) needed for raw, heavy, non-metal, psychedelic, atmospheric, experimental, non-jazz improv project (see influences page ). we (vox,bass,drums) like to derive our songs straight from the spontanaiety of jamming, keeping the songs & groove organic. press the record button and just let the music fly. as the vox i can nail my prewritten lyrics to the music 10-20 secs after the jam has already begun. no matter the time signature or how fragmented or "out there" the music may get, the words always fit the groove. lyriclly the songs revolve around the pyschedelic, sci-fi to drugs, sex, r&r, life, love etc. musically speaking--- the common chord btwn band of gypsies@fillmore east to the sonicism of soundgardens bad motor finger to floyds "umma gumma" & "meddle" period to janes addiction crunch on songs like "on the beach" & "obvious" to miles bitches brew and all relevant points inbtwn. we're looking for intelligent and creative axe players that know the term "jamming" isnt exclusive to "jam bands" or that terms "improv"&"experimentation" are not restricted to "jazz bands" only. if you dont know what that means, please dont call. stonebuke at yahoo dot com

Bass Gear: fender jazz, rick, kubiki, steinberger basses. GK 800RB head with 2-four 10" hartke aluminum cabs. boss GT6-B bass fx processor, analog fx including buddah phatbass tube distortion and electroharmonix big muff and bassballs pedals.
PA: QSC RMX 1450 amp (450 watt), 2 yamaha SM15 speakers (15's 500 watt) with 2" voice coil titanium compression driver, shure SM58 mic, digitech-300 vox processor.
