5- Ability to write new material, and expand on already written material
6- Ability to take criticism
7- No heavy drugs

We are not a taxi service, and we are not babysitters. We do not want to deal with your personal drama, and we do not want you to bring new drama into the band. We treat this like a business, and expect you to do the same.
