I enjoy everything, I like writing my own stuff just haven't been in a band that is going in the same direction at the right time.
My influences on trumpet vary, I enjoy classical but I definitely like jazz more...Randy Brecker, Miles Davis, Dizzy, Maynard, Clifford Brown, Roy Hargove. I can name drop all day.
Bass influences would be, P-nut, Larry Graham, Jaco Pastorious, Victor Wooten, Geddy Lee, Ben Kenny, Flea, Peter Cetera, etc...
Drum influences-Danny Carey, Chad Sexton, Chad Smith, Neil Peart, Buddy Rich...etc...
