I have 35 years of professional drumming experience in Maine and New Hampshire. All drums,learned back-up and lead vocals during practices and then shared lead vocals after 5 years of experience. I am Freelance right now-open to all bands. Now returning to teach drums again (as of 3/1/2017) at Sterns Center, 93 Main St. Waterville: including private lessons, possibly online and give clinics. I go to most blues open mic jams and others around the Central Maine area - SST on Tuesdays 9pm (with legend bluesman Dave Mello), Bloomfield Tavern in Skowhegan on Sundays, and Kennebec Wharf in Hallowell on Sundays.

Influences
Early Eric Clapton w/John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers; Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Blood Sweat and Tears, then Chicago, and E.Clapton as solo artist; Southern Rock bands also like Gov't Mule and the Eagles; also into Swing/Big Band era music, and light jazz. My best styles are: blues, light/contemporary jazz (maybe some improv!)

Own 5-piece drum kit (CB-drums/Kaman)12 years; extensive Gibraltar bar/chrome hardware/clamps;several cymbals for accents/crash/ride; percussion/traps; timbales; headset Shure microphone w/own plug/cord; Own 5-piece Peavey International Series vintage dark pine-tree green drum kit, and all hardware/stands.
