About

I am 53 and have a nice voice. I like classic rock; i.e. America, Doors, CCR, Led Zeppelin, some Beatles, and I love Nirvana, but prefer to write and sing my own songs. I also like Tracy Chapman and a lot of other acoustic work. I am a mediocre bass player and can strum a little guitar. I would prefer being front man, but think a three man band would be great if someone would help me learn the bass. I take lessons, but need a guitarist to jam with and get better.

Influences

Some other bands I like and have covered with my previous band are; Gin Blossoms, AC/DC, Van Halen, Dylan, (some) Crosby Stills & Nash, Moody Blues and more. I am pretty open to a lot of good music but do not like high school novelties like Ratt, Poison, Motely Crue and the like.

Equipment List

I have a very good PA system with a TC Helicon, a Schechter Bass with amp, a G&L electric Guitar and a good quality acoustic electric with Fender Twin Reverb. Marc
