I've been playing Drums since I was 4 yrs. old. My Father, who was a Big-Band Drummer, allowed me to use his extra Drum Kit, which was a set of Rogers Drums. At the age of 4 I was playing along with the Beatles, Motown, Chicago, Philly Sound records, and more...At the age of 17, I was playing professionally, 5 night/week.
I've been with bands who've opened up for The Trammps, Wild Cherry, Gloria Gaynor, Vickie Sue Robinson, Tavares, Lisa Lisa,Rich Hall, and more.
I've played with members of Patti Labelle, Teddy Pendergrass, The O'Jays, Harold Melvin and The Blue Notes, Jefferson Starship, The Intruders, The Trammps, Heatwave, Bo Diddley, Kool and the Gang, Prince, and more...
I've performed with the Coasters, The Orlons, Dennis Yost of the Classics IV, Bobby Lewis,Neil Sedaka, Eddie Holman, The Oak Ridge Boys,Simply the Best(Tina Turner Revue). Also, I've performed with various local cover bands:Alien, Ocean, Uproar, Sizzle, Gangster, Front Line, GL & the FRONT 9,
David Christopher Band, Simply the Best, AJ Slick, Firth of Fifth.
At this time in my life, I am dedicated to teaching others (passing it on), so that they can experience what I've been able to experience. I am also involved in multiple recording projects, while freelancing for live gigs in between.
I play all styles of music but we are only allowed to select 3 under "music genres"
