Looking for a keyboardist & lead guitarist that meets these criteria:

- Be under the age of 30 (or at least look like it)
- Have great gear AND have the means to purchase more gear if needed (this is important).
- Have some tracks that you've played on that you can email. If not, send a good explanation as to 'why' you've never recorded.
- Must be able to sing! You will be required to sing high-harmony parts and singing will be part of the audition. You don't need a super-strong voice, you can even sing falsetto if you want, but they have to be in key and in cadence with the lead vocal.
- Have a great work ethic. If you're only going to practice on rehearsal days, don't bother writing.
- Is available. No wife/gf/drug/drinking problems.

And most importantly
- CAN PLAY THE PARTS HOW THEY WERE TRACKED. In the future, we will write more material, but in the meantime, you will be required to play the leads as they are tracked on the CD. The leads are well-played, fit the material, & do not need to be reinvented. A potential keyboardist will have more leeway writing parts (because there's not a ton of them on the CD) but will need to be more creative.
