I am looking to start a alternative/heavy metal style band. I'm 20 years old and have been singing my whole life. I've been taking singing lessons for 3 months now. My teacher has high hopes for me as i am very dedicated to learning as much as i can. I'm looking for anyone who is in the age range 18-25 who would be willing to comite to a very serious project. This will be a start up band. I need members that can write music not just lyrics. I need a bass player, a second guitar player, maybe a piano player, and drums. I have a guitar player who is working on several projects and may leave eventually so maybe two guitar players. There is an idea name for the band but suggestions are welcome. I'm looking for serious musicians not just part timers. People that will be able to comite and also become good friends and that will flow well. The goal is to put the group together and practice as much as we can until we get a sound. I write lyrics but would love to have help to make the songs work for everyone.
