SEEKING

Vocalist, Vocalist - Baritone, Vocalist - Tenor, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar.

ABOUT

Currently part of a serious band that plays music ranging from the late 50's through the 90's, with a major focus on acts from the 60's and 70's - Beatles, Who, Rolling Stones, Hollies, Animals, Lovin' Spoonful, Monkees, Badfinger, Led Zeppelin, Steppenwolf, etc. Lots of dance numbers mixed with good listening songs and ballads. We're aiming to play private parties, corporate gigs, state fairs, casinos, clubs, showcases, and bars. The unique thing about this band is that we learn the authentic arrangements and use vintage equipment. Good, consistent singing with accurate harmonies is also a major aspect to this band.

We're looking for a lead guitarist who can sing harmonies. We want someone who is reliable, professional, and is willing to prepare on his own time and learn the parts correctly. A good ear and a sense for accurate guitar tones definitely help. All band members are very easy going and have positive attitudes, but we are also serious about the music and the performance. The same is expected from anyone who is interested in participating. Please do not apply if you are not serious about preparing, rehearsing, and supporting other members as we work towards our common goal.

Please respond with your name, age, location, list of gear that you have, and experience. We'll be happy to provide you with any information you'd like to know, as well as demo tracks so you know what we sound like. Thank you for your time and interest, and we hope to hear from you!
