I am a solid rhythm guitarist, and a passable lead guitarist, vocalist, back up vocalist and bassist. Looking to be part of an original group to play out and around. I would like to break big, and I'll try till I die, but no regrets if I never make it, it will be a fun ride either way. I am also however good with the necessary evil of the business side of what we do, and semi well connected within the industry. I am a recording engineer by day and live sound at night and on the weekends. I am a self employed sound guy, so my practice availability is not great on weekends, but I will make time for shows.
I don't want to paint what I want to sound like into a corner, I'm more about getting a bunch of people in a room and seeing what happens. Influences and genres are always good to know, but I want my project to define itself, and maybe even break a rule or two. Rock, Progressive, Alternative, Metal, sure I can get into all of it. Let's make our own genre, but not simply for the sake of being different. The music still has to be good, listenable, enjoyable. If you are of a similar mind, hit me up.
