About

I'm a lead guitarist and have played for over 20 years. I've been in a few moderately successful local bands, although I've been out of that scene for awhile now. I have a job, family, and mortgage so I'm not looking to form a band and take over the world. I'd just like to meet up with some other quality musicians and see what happens.
I have a lot of material written, but prefer writing in the context of a band, and have always been good at coming up with hooks and fills over other people's ideas. Lately I've been working more on rhythm and some of those interesting jazz and funk chords. But ultimately I'm best at lead guitar.

Influences

I always seem to go back to that 90's alt rock sound. As well as some 60's and early 70's stuff. I also listen to some blues, jazz, and a little classical music. I'm pretty open to most things.

Equipment List

American Standard Fat Strat, Fender Combo amp, pedals and effects that help me get the sound I want. Also a nice acoustic and nylon string guitar.
