OK, let me just start off by saying my photo is literally 20 years old. I wish I had a more current one, I really do, because I no longer wear my bass as a necklace these days (Note: I still have it and that workhorse got me thru 150+ gigs back in the day!)
Anyways, as of now, I am 45yo, Veteran Bass player seeks Alternative Rock/Pop gig. Music tastes include bands such as Vertical Horizon, Incubus, Fuel, Pearl Jam, D.M.B. to Alt. music such as dada, Buffalo Tom, Lemonheads, Weezer to Solo artists such as Sarah Mclachlan, Missy Higgins, Tristan Prettyman, Natalie Merchant, John Mayer. I am a semi-melodic player with a jazz and funk influence. Still, nothing overly flashy, just in my zone holding down the bottom end. I also play acoustic guitar, and can hold my own behind a drumkit.
No drugs, reliable, professional. Team player, very easy to work with and no cocky attitude. I just want to have fun making music, get back on stage playing in front of a crowd and getting back in the studio recording (I miss this part very much). Willing to travel within the Boston area and I have very reliable transportation (lol, trust me this is a valid bit of info based on my past experiences).
