Bassist needed for a death-thrash band with a taste of hardcore punk. We prefer a bassist of at least 5 years playing experience and some recording and performance experience. Also, we prefer finger-style bass to pick bass. But, if you're a great pick player who never recorded but plays clean and tight, that would be good as well.
Must be able to play fast and tight.
Must be able to learn songs quickly and drill them into memory.
Must be able to practice Wednesday and Friday nights on a regular basis, and our Friday night practices are long and late.
It would be a huge plus if you have good ideas to enhance the music.
Also, must be willing to help fund the the upcoming CD release and merchandise, this may not be very much.
And definitely, don't reply if you won't have reliable transportation to and from practice or if you won't practice on your own time at home.
