So this is what happens when stoner rock crosses paths with ambition. A constant tight-rope act roaming the fields of melody-driven classic rock with a forward-looking modern rock sensibility, The Norway Agenda is that kid who could be friends with both the homecoming king and the acne-faced loner who always got sent to the counselor's office for painting disturbing images in art class. Since their inception in the summer of 2005, a result of the generally uninteresting process of forming a band through music store flyers, the group has steadily built an ever-evolving sound that was once just the exploitation of a few minor chords played through a distortion pedal. Now, The Norway Agenda is a balanced combination of explosive percussion, melodic & carving bass, toneful yet attacking guitar & vocals which complete a sound that is as dark as it is uplifting.
