ABOUT

Currently playing bass in the Jackson James Band out of Hughes Springs, we play all over the ARKLATEX area just about every weekend, will be taking some down time at the beginning of the year to upgrade things to ready for our weekend tours in support of our first album.. we play something for everyone just about but you could say we're a redgrass band.

On a personal note.. when I'm not playing bass for Jackson, I am a guitar player, my style is within the rock and metal genres, but I can get down with just about anything I would say.. by no means am I the best guitar player out there but I try my best with what I'm doing, and I'm dedicated to what I'm doing until there's nothing to do, and I think commitment goes a long way in the music biz these days..

So I'm always looking to jam, and can cover what's needed, or atleast try to... my first priority is The Jackson James Band, but contact me if you wanna jam, or your needing some kind of fill in for guitar or bass.. if I'm not busy with J.J or have something going on with my family, I'm interested in your music!

As much as I'd like to say I'm my own sound, I'd be lying... a lot of music has been done already, someone influenced that person that influences me... the key I think is finding what you like amongst it all and translating it to your own understanding and getting creative how to play it for others to listen..
