WANTED: LEAD GUITARIST WHO is ABLE & WILLING to SING!Also, need a strong female LEAD R&B vocalist who is easy on the eyes and has great stage presence ans can work a room. R&B/Funk/Motown/Classic Rock cover group - heavy on great vocals; leader: King Green. Will play clubs, resorts, casinos. We are "Fraternity del Soul" This union may lead to tour as "Black Heat", a reformation of his funk band from the 70s. King has new CD with fresh R&B mixed with classic funk, heavy horns & percussion. Group will includes lead vocalist who plays congas and harmonica; bassist who sings leads; female drummer who sings lead and kicks ass on the drums BTW! 2 keyboardists who both sing, with one also playing trumpet; second drummer/percussionist who also sings and who will split time on the cans. Expansion may include HORNS for certain venues.. Minimum pay: $150/gig/mbr, 4-5 nights/wkfor the first 2 months only! We will work with 3 different agents who have agreed to coordinate bookings with each other! Short term plan: MAKE MONEY and get "road ready" through MD/VA/PA/DE/NJ/SC/NC/NY gigs and also in Canada. Big Picture: national tour promoting originals.
