About

I came from a musical family; My dad was a professional musician, and my eldest brother played with Wilson Picket for two years and Fats Domino for at least 15 years.
I myself have an AA in music from Sacramento City College, with most of my performance experience in being in voice (vocals).
I'm returning to the world of music after a long absence.
I do play, but I prefer vocals and songwriting/composition for now.

Influences

A wide variety of musical influences from Gregorian chant to R&B, but more recently I have been listening to a broad range of what might be considered gothic. So, Sisters of Mercy, Fields of the Nephilim, Corpus Delecti, Lycia, and so on. This is a tiny sample of course.

Equipment List

Scattered. I'm still gathering.
So far, I have my base, two acoustic/electric guitars, an acoustic-only guitar, and an amp. And a distortion box for guitar.
Oh, and paper...Staff paper and mechanical pencils for notation. I compose on Sibelius....hope to get different software soon...
