ABOUT

I am a very dedicated, college trained musician looking for people who are just as serious about music as I am. It's not just a hobby for me, it's what I do! I have a broad knowledge in musical theory and 5 years of previous band experience and have been playing my principle instrument for 14 years. I can play multiple instruments such as the bass guitar, piano, and drums but lead/rhythm guitar is my principle instrument. I also have experience in the recording arts and have recording capabilities in which I have been writing and producing my own original song work. I'm currently working on posting some of my song work. It just takes a little longer when your writing and playing every instrument in the song from scratch! If your a band looking to fill a lead/rhythm guitar spot or musicians looking to start a band(I am willing to relocate if the situation and conditions are right!) call or e-mail me @ 715-412-1799/jeremymcbeth@. If your not a serious musician with a least some experience with playing out, knowledge in music theory, and/ or songwriting experience no need to call. I'm looking for people who have their whole heart in it, are experienced, and seek to be professional, career musicians and of course love what they do and have fun doing it! Oh yea by the way I'm the long haired guy on the right in my profile picture. If you wish to contact me my number is 715-412-1799

Influences

I love and keep an open mind to all kinds of music but I'm a metal head at heart but I'm always looking to take it to the next level. Just to name a few: In This Moment, Children of Bodom, Killswitch Engage,All That Remains,Disturbed, In Flames,Bullet for My Valentine, Mudvayne, Tool to name some newer stuff i am also fond of old thrash metal bands like Megadeth or Anthrax to name a couple. I have always been partial to older Alice in Chains with Lane Staley and other grunge but I never limit myself, I'm always open to most anything. Rap and country are somewhat of a sore spot with me but I do like bands like linkin park and skindred. Technical hard rock/metal like Rush or Dream Theater I have always been fond of. Anything that projects and entails real talent, real emotional and tangible substance, and to sum it up, anything that is real, worth listening to, and has something worth saying through the music.

EQUIPMENT

I have enough equipment to be a one man band if I had enough limbs to play them all! I have most everything needed to play a live gig. I play a 6-string Schecter Hellraiser with active pups and shred through a Marshall MG 100 HDFX half stack with a 10 inch stage monitor. I also play through a Boss ME-70 multiple effects pedal. This is just the beginning of the equipment list!
