I am primarily a vocalist with not only a wide range, going from a deep bass to powerful heights, but a wide range of tones, textures, and sounds. I can hit Josh Turner and Brad Delp and everything between. I am currently working on improving the endurance of my death grunt as well as its timbre and sustained fullness, in addition to developing a yell akin to Troy Sanders of Mastodon and extending the my range to ease hitting Brad Delp's highest falsettos. My scream is currently similar to a "Disposable Heroes"-like James Hetfield.

I am interested in a position as frontman, hopefully without having to play any instruments. When I'm not tied to a mic stand due to the guitar in my hands, I have much better stage presence.

I am a lyricist with poetic sensibilities (I'm an English major), though I think all my old work is crap at this point.

I am interested in playing many other Genres besides those already stated, including: Progressive rock, Progressive Metal, Blues, Blues-rock, Psychadelic Rock, Britpop, Post-grunge/"alternative", 90's alternative, 2 tone, some Third Wave Ska (in the vein of Streetlight Manifesto or similar), Thrash Metal, Speed Metal, Death Metal, 80's Power Metal, Country, Honkytonk, Folk rock, and Reggae. If there's a genre I didn't mention and you're interested, just ask. I might have forgotten something.
