ABOUT

I'm a lead and rhythm player with gig experience around Ann Arbor, looking to join an existing band or start something new. I write songs but am just as happy focusing my efforts on playing. I'm open to most styles of music (though my tastes tend toward rock with a soulful edge, new wave/alternative, with a dash of country or folk). My ideal band would be some cross between Neil Young, the Velvet Underground, the Buzzcocks, and Dr. Feelgood. I'm more into music you can feel than virtuoso performances, but I love melody, catchy riffs, and an improvisation that serves the song. Really into playing good music with good people.
