I've been playing guitar for about the last six years. I was in my former band, The Foundry, as lead guitarist and emergency backup drummer for about 5 years until we broke up. We recorded an album that even got some time on a few local stations. During that time, I even taught my old drummer how to actually play. Due to my old job, I haven't been able to be in a band in about two years, and now I'm dying to back on stage again.

I'm looking to do mostly original songs, and I've been penning a lot in those two years not having a band. I wouldn't mind doing a few covers here and there, like one or two for a whole show, but joining a cover band right now wouldn't be my thing.
