I'm a conga,bongo player. I have been playing for the past25yrs. I recently moved here from the Bay area where I played conga and bongo and also sang lead vocals and background vocals for a number of Salsa and Latin jazz bands. I'm 49 yrs old Puerto Rican male from N.Y.C. brought up on salsa and latin jazz and very dedicated to my music. I recently played with a local band here in the L.A. area. As most local bands, this one broke up after2 yrs. I need to play. I like rehearsing and have no problem making rehearsals. I think that rehearsing uncovers creativity and ideas. I'm punctual and very responsible.
