Phoenix is the collaboration of several of the area's hottest players. It is a no-holds barred, rock & roll band. Aerosmith to ZZ Top, blink-182 to Metallica to Sublime, Phoenix plays the BEST dance/party music from the 70s - 90s.

Members Of Band

Bob Knowles (lead vocalist) joins Phoenix with over 30 years of frontman experience. His passion for quality in his performance is a perfect match for Phoenix. Through the years, Bob has played with numerous talented musicians in many bands: The Operators, Kicker, Sapphire, Better Daze, The 45's, Barr None, What about Bob, and The Sam Hill Gang along with original projects like The Numbers, Sawyer & Finn and many others. The energy Bob brings to the stage coupled with his ability to embrace the audience keeps the crowd on the dance floor and will leave you wanting more.

Nick Fowler (guitar, vocals) has played with Chubby Checker, Eric Carman, Little Anthony and Bo Diddley. He has opened for Big and Rich, Jo Diffey, Bad Company and Jay and the Techniques.

Bryan Nash (drums, vocals) has been playing drums since the age of 9, involving himself in all the forms of music performance that his school years afforded him. Outside of that, he has performed in a wide variety of bands from Classic and Blues Rock to Alternative, and from Metal to Electro-funk. His appreciation of the widest range of musical styles and love of drumming come together with Phoenix to form the rhythmic backbone to an awesome stage show.

Chris Edris (bass, vocals) has been performing for about 30 years, 17 of which were as a singer with Air Force Bands. He's had the good fortune to play on stage with a number of very talented people including Elizabeth Taylor, Charlton Heston, Gloria Loring, Pete Barbuti, Lee Greenwood and Jon Pousette-Dart. He's also sung the National Anthem at Fenway and the Boston Garden and performed locally at Indian Ranch and Meadowbrook.

Dave Mitchell (guitar, vocals) When he isn't playing with the Boston band, Beatlejuice, you will often find Dave on stage with Phoenix. Also an alumnus of the Air Force Band program, Dave has been performing for over 30 years and is simply one of the best guitarists in New England. Before joining the Air Force, Dave played with Dee Snyder in what was later to become the band Twisted Sister.
