About

Talented vocalist that has been singing for years. Looking to start a Green Day cover band with a buddy of mine that plays the drums. Currently in need of a bass player and two guitar players. It helps if backup vocals are also a possibility.

Influences

Everything from the old Doo-Wop to Green Day. Not big into rap or country. Green Day has been my favorite band ever since I was in 3rd grade back in 1995. Back then I liked it because it was rebelious compared to the 50s and 60s music that I was raised on. However, as I've gotten older, I began to like them more and more for their lyrics. I think they they write the best lyrics in modern music. For those of you who say that they aren't musically talented, you should try actually listening to their last 2 albums.

That aside, I really do like a lot of different types of music. If I don't get the band going, then I might just start that acapella group that I've been thinking about. HA!
