Seriously looking to get together with other musicians who really are "students" of music, and who realize that the learning NEVER stops...
Not really interested in Huge Egos and the "high drama" which sometimes seems to interfere with the intrinsic communication, and joy that comes with making of and sharing music. Love to place together types, and sounds, which mightn't ordinarily match! Want to work with some great vocals, and harmonies. Woodwinds (especially SAX or Saxes Horns & Brass), more than welcomed!!!

Influences
Extremely varied. Steely Dan (Donald Fagen, Walter Becker & Larry Carlton), John Coltrane, Eagles, Fat Burger, Wayman Tisdale, Stanley Clarke and other "Smooth Jazz," R&B, Sting, Earth Wind & Fire, Santana, Joe Bonamassa, Peter White, Nora Jones, Four Play, Neil Young, Pat Metheny... etc. While I have not composed or written, I enjoy the STUDY and own INTERPRETATION of favorite pieces. I enjoy and work best when and where the ego can be put aside. I enjoy the music of world renowned Cellist Yo Yo Ma - He plays many classical pieces. Beethoven, Bach, Mozart, even Alexander Porfiryevich Borodin! I am certain that Ma, can, and certainly HAS, created his OWN compositions - yet, I find not a thing wrong in playing timeless masterpieces, or paying tribute to the great Artists.
