Polymer formed a few months ago (thanks Bandmix) and is looking to add a second guitarist to fill out the sound.

We are looking for a solid rhy guitarist that gels with us both musically and in personality. If you like a lead or 3 though we can do that! Must have own gear for practice (ie: gotta hear you over the kit!)

We are all between 30 and 40 yrs old, come from all walks of life, don't have rock god egos and are pretty laid back.
As a new band we are yet to play any gigs but have written about 40mins of original material to date with new ideas appearing every jam. We practice once a week in the South Jordan area. Were hoping to start playing shows in the next month or two. We don't plan on world domination (yet), just aiming to play some regular gigs at cool clubs, make some rocking music and have a kickass time.. The songs posted were recorded live as a band at our jam room and give a good idea of how we sound at the moment.

Influences:

Soundgarden, Led Zep, Pearl Jam, Incubus.. etc.. but we try to shift it so we don't sound like any of them.

Equipment List:

We all have mid level setups but Brad uses humbucker guitars (LP, PRS), a THD Flexi-50 w/2x12 cab and various pedals. Might help give you an idea of the guitar sound.
