Pop-PunkFTW + Musician in Porterville, CA

Hey guys, I'm Chris and I'm 21 and I've been playing guitar since I was 13, teaching myself how to play by strumming along to all the good Pop-Punk music I've grown up listening to!

But anways, I'm here looking for SERIOUS musicians, if you don't want to be in a straight up 90's Pop-Punk kind of band, then don't bother.

I'm looking for either join or start up a new band!

My current influences are: Blink-182, Sum-41, Yellowcard, Eve 6, and other 90's stuff like old school Green Day.

I also have transportation as well as Gig Ready gear. I'm set to live on the road for 10 months out of the year! I've also got some of my own material that I've been working on as well! (Lyrics not included, because I suck ass at writing lyrics haha)

I'm looking for a few guys already together or even a full band seeking a Bassist or Guitarist. I have Gig-Ready equipment for both that belongs to me.
I've got my own transportation as well, and I'm willing to make the drives for something that's serious.

Now, one of the catch 22's about being with me, is that I live in the central valley, in Porterville, CA. (About 2 hours south of Fresno)

If I hop onto something completely serious, I'll have no problems with joining, but if it's not serious enough for my taste, chances are, we'll never meet.

I've been in one band before, but I quit because of complications with touring. Touring is what I want to do, and I'd rather be apart of something that is on the road as much as possible.

NOTE: I'm no longer apart of this band, and I did NOT write any of the lyrics, only the guitar. Those video's are only used as examples of my writing style so you can get a feel for what I'm going for.

P.S.: Don't think I'm a hardass or anything lol I'm just tired of dealing with people who are only in it for the parties and the ladies......... That's a bonus..... Not the main focus lol

Line 6 half stack with a Spider 4 head.

Acoustic brand 400 watt bass amp

Fender Strat. that's only a year old and 2 beat up bass guitars.
