About

***i really want play guitar for/put together a cabaret jazz or Gypsy swing act. original or cover. what i want is a sultry singer and as many instrumentalists as i can gather. i play guitar, so i'm looking for a bass, keyboard, violin, clarinet, trumpet, squeezebox, whatever...that's the beauty of this kind of project...musically, it can be as huge or stripped as we want it. i'm thinking something classy and theatrical, but not over the top...or maybe over the top...whatever...vests and derby hats...corsets and tattoos...music and firespitting...glitter dress and long cigarette filters...whatever. just no half-ass sh*t. no sandals or ballcaps allowed on stage in this act.

this is a standing offer. i imagine i'll start really looking for a core band if i get a singer willing to give it a shot. the singer would be the make or break in this situation. contact me at the facebook below if interested...

***update on the rock n roll coverband. we finally found a bassist, after going through an exhausting number of flaky-ass dudes, who don't show up to audition or show up and then act like a f*#!ing spaz the whole time. this dude is a good fit who does amazing backup vox.

Influences

Beatles, Zeppelin, GnR. Gypsy folk, cabaret jazz...

I'm not a huge fan of modern music, but I'll play it. Lol
